Wolfy for agencies: managing multiple clients

Wolfy for agencies: managing multiple clients

Work across many Google Ads accounts and compare clients, built for agencies.

If you manage Google Ads for multiple clients, Flowboost is built for that: every subscription supports unlimited accounts. Here's how to work efficiently across accounts.

Connect a manager account (MCC)

Google Ads access is connected once for your organisation in Flowboost, including a manager account (MCC) if you use one. From there, add each client you work with as a project (the connect dialog lets you browse into the MCC to find its sub-accounts) and Wolfy can analyze that client as soon as their project is active. See Add and manage projects.

Switch clients by switching projects

There's no per-chat account lock. Switch clients with the Organisation ▸ Project switcher in the sidebar, the same one used across Flowboost and your focus account (and any open chat) follows whichever project is active. You don't need a new chat just to move to a different client.

Compare accounts

Every Flowboost subscription can ask Wolfy to compare your focus account against other accounts you manage, for example "Compare ROAS this month across my top 3 ecommerce clients." This is useful for spotting outliers and benchmarking.

Set context per client

Add each client's goals, targets, branded terms and conversion actions under Settings → Google Ads Account Context. Wolfy applies the right context automatically based on your active project's connected account, so reports and recommendations are tailored per client.

Onboarding a new client account

  1. Add the client's Google Ads account as a project in your organisation, and select it.
  2. Add its context in Google Ads Account Context (goal type, target, branded terms).
  3. Run the Monthly client report for a quick health snapshot.

Common questions

A client account isn't showing up. New accounts don't sync automatically. Go to Settings → Organisation settings → Projects and connect the account to a project, especially after gaining access to a new client on the Google side.

How many accounts can I connect? Every Flowboost subscription supports unlimited accounts, including those under an MCC. See Plans, usage and managing your account.
