Privacy and data security

How Wolfy accesses your data, what it can and can't do and how you stay in control.

We built Wolfy so you can analyze your Google Ads data with confidence. Here's exactly how your data is handled.

Wolfy is read-only

Wolfy can read and analyze your Google Ads data, but it never changes, pauses, or deletes anything in your campaigns. It cannot edit budgets, bids, keywords, or any account setting.

What access Wolfy uses, and why

Wolfy doesn't ask for its own Google access. It operates using whatever your organisation has already connected once in Flowboost, under Settings → Organisation settings → Integrations:

  • Google Ads: to read your campaign, keyword and performance data for analysis.
  • Google Drive: to create spreadsheets and reports for you (for example, a Google Sheets export of a report).
  • Google Merchant Center (optional): to read product feed data, if you run Shopping or Performance Max.

This connection is shared across every project in your organisation, it isn't something each person connects individually.

Your data isn't shared

Your Google Ads data is used to answer your questions and generate your reports. It is not shared with anyone outside your organisation.

You're always in control

  • Delete a conversation at any time. Deleting a chat also removes the Google Ads data associated with it.
  • Revoke access whenever you like, from Flowboost or from your Google account's security settings. Because the connection is organisation-wide, revoking it affects every project in the organisation, not just your own chats.
  • Review what Wolfy remembers under Settings → Generated User Memory, and delete anything you don't want kept.

Common questions

Can Wolfy make changes to my campaigns by accident? No. Wolfy only has read access, so it has no ability to modify your account.

Who can see my chats? Your conversations and data belong to your account. They aren't visible to other customers.

What happens to my data if I stop using Wolfy? Revoke access from your Google settings and delete your conversations to remove the associated Google Ads data.
