Plans, usage and managing your account

Understand what's included in your plan, how usage works and how to manage your account.

Flowboost is a single subscription, not a menu of separate plans. It includes Wolfy AI Agent alongside the rest of Flowboost, there's nothing extra to buy for Wolfy and no lower tier that gives you fewer reports or blocks comparing accounts.

How pricing works

Your monthly price is based on your organisation's 30-day rolling Google Ads spend rather than a fixed named plan: spend under €50,000 gets free exploration access (setup, project management, dashboard viewing) and spend above that puts you on a paid tier priced for that spend band. Very high spend (above roughly €2,000,000/30 days) or bespoke needs go through a custom plan instead.

To see your current tier, renewal date and price, go to Settings → Plan & Usage. To change plans, use Manage Subscription, which takes you to the Flowboost Library.

What's included

Every active Flowboost subscription, at any spend tier, includes:

• Unlimited Google Ads accounts, including those under a manager account (MCC).
• Unlimited users in your organisation.
• Full chat access to Wolfy, including comparing your focus account against other accounts you manage.
• The complete reports library, including premium reports like Quality Score, Ad Copy and Audience analysis. See Wolfy's reports and scripts.

If your organisation is still on an older, separate Core or Wolfy plan rather than the current Flowboost subscription, some of the above may not apply yet, contact support to check what your organisation currently has.

How usage works

Your subscription includes a generous amount of monthly usage. Track how much you've used at any time under Settings → Plan & Usage.

If you're close to your limit, Wolfy shows a banner in the chat with options such as enabling on-demand usage (pay-as-you-go for anything beyond your included usage) or adjusting your limit.

To make your usage go further, start a new chat per topic rather than continuing one long conversation. Switching to a different client doesn't require a new chat on its own, that's handled by switching your active project, but a fresh chat per topic still keeps things focused.

I upgraded or got access to a new account, but don't see it

New Google Ads accounts don't sync automatically, they show up once they're connected to a project. Go to Settings → Organisation settings → Projects and connect the account to a project (or create a new one for it). See Add and manage projects.

Managing your data and access

• Read-only by design: Wolfy never makes changes to your campaigns.
• Delete a conversation to also remove the Google Ads data associated with it.
• Revoke access anytime from Flowboost or from your Google account's security settings. Since the connection is shared at the organisation level, revoking it affects every project in the organisation, not just your own chats.

Common questions

Can I add my whole agency's accounts? Yes, every Flowboost subscription supports unlimited accounts, including those under a manager account (MCC). See Wolfy for agencies: managing multiple clients.
