Your focus account
The focus account tells Wolfy which Google Ads account to analyze in a chat, resolved from your active project.
Before Wolfy can run account-level analysis or reports, it needs to know which account you're asking about. That's your focus account.
Where your focus account comes from
Your focus account isn't picked inside the chat. It's resolved automatically from the project you currently have selected, using the Organisation ▸ Project switcher in the sidebar (the same switcher used across Flowboost, not just Wolfy). Each project maps to one connected Google Ads account, so selecting a project is what selects the account Wolfy analyzes.
Once a project with a connected account is active, the chat placeholder updates to "Ask anything about [Account Name]" and you're ready to ask account-specific questions or run reports.
Switching accounts means switching your project
There's no per-chat account picker to manage and nothing to lock: switch to a different Google Ads account by switching your project in the sidebar switcher, not by starting a new chat. Any chat you have open, or start next, follows whichever project is currently active.
Starting a fresh chat per topic is still a good habit for keeping conversations focused and your monthly usage efficient, just not required for switching accounts.
Don't see an Organisation / Project switcher at all? Your organisation hasn't moved to the unified Flowboost plan yet. In that case Wolfy still uses the previous experience: a Set focus account button above the message box picks an account that's then locked for that one chat, and you start a new chat to switch. If that's what you see, use that flow instead of the project switcher described above.
Comparing multiple accounts
Every active Flowboost subscription can ask Wolfy to compare your focus account against other accounts you manage, useful for benchmarking performance across clients. See Wolfy for agencies: managing multiple clients.
Common questions
I don't see an account I expect. New Google Ads accounts show up once they're connected to a project in Flowboost, not automatically. Go to Settings > Organisation settings > Projects and connect the account there. See Add and manage projects.
Why is the "Run scripts" or report button greyed out? Those features need an active project with a connected Google Ads account. Switch to (or add) one via the Organisation ▸ Project switcher and they'll unlock.
