Troubleshooting common issues
Quick fixes for the most common bumps.
Quick fixes for the most common bumps you might hit while using Wolfy.
I can't see an account I expect
New Google Ads accounts don't sync automatically, they need to be connected to a project first. Go to Settings → Organisation settings → Projects and connect the account to a project. See Add and manage projects.
The report or scripts button is greyed out
These features need an active project with a connected Google Ads account. Switch to (or add) one via the Organisation ▸ Project switcher in the sidebar, and they'll unlock. See Your focus account.
A report I want is locked
All reports, including Quality Score, Ad Copy, Audience, Competitive, Match Type and Short/Long Tail, are included in an active Flowboost subscription; if you're on the free exploration tier, upgrading unlocks them. See Plans, usage and managing your account.
"We could not load this chat session"
This is usually temporary. Click Retry, or go Back to chats and reopen the conversation. If it persists, start a new chat.
Wolfy says it can't access certain data
Some data has limitations set by Google Ads itself (for example, certain auction-insights or competitor data may be restricted by Google). When that happens, it's a Google limitation rather than a Wolfy one; Wolfy will tell you and suggest the closest alternative.
A response stopped or looks incomplete
Send the question again. For long-running answers you can use the stop control and re-ask with a more specific prompt. Adding a timeframe and KPI usually helps.
I hit my usage limit
You'll see a banner in the chat with options to upgrade, enable on-demand usage, or adjust your limit. Check Settings → Plan & Usage for details. Starting a new chat per topic also helps your usage last longer.
