Why can't I see my project?

Troubleshoot missing projects and Google Ads connections in Flowboost.

If a project is missing, first confirm you are in the correct organisation and that the project exists there.

Common causes

• You are viewing the wrong organisation.
• The project exists, but Google Ads is not connected to it yet.
• The Google login you connected cannot access that Google Ads customer.
• The Google connection expired and needs to be reconnected.

Check channel connections

Open the project detail page. If the project exists but Google Ads is disconnected, connect it there or from Integrations.

Expired connections

If Flowboost shows an expired Google connection, reconnect Google Ads before running Labelizer or project-dependent tools. See Reconnect an expired Google connection.
