Invite a member

  1. Click Invite member.
  2. Enter the person's email address.
  3. Choose the member role: Member or Admin.
  4. Send the invitation.

The invited person receives an email containing a single-use link. The link lands on an Accept or Decline confirmation page.

Resend or cancel an invitation

Pending invitations appear on the Overview page. Use the invitation actions to resend an invitation or cancel it.

If someone says they did not receive the email, ask them to check spam first. There is a cooldown before you can resend (typically 5 minutes). Resend is available again once the cooldown has passed.

What happens when someone declines

If the invited person clicks Decline, the invitation is marked as declined but not deleted. It no longer appears in the pending list. You can invite them again if needed.

Change a member role

The assignable roles are Member and Admin. The organisation Owner role is assigned to the person who created the organisation and cannot be reassigned.

Use the member action menu to change a member's role. Roles control what someone can manage in the organisation. If a user cannot connect accounts, manage integrations, or update billing, check their role first.

Remove a member

Use the member action menu and choose Remove. Removing a member removes their access to the organisation. It does not delete the organisation's projects, integrations, or Labelizer projects.
