Autopilot and synced campaigns

Autopilot and synced campaigns

Monitor recurring ChatGPT Ads campaign syncs, sync frequencies and warning states.

Managed campaigns keep selected ChatGPT Ads campaign data in sync on a schedule. Use this page to review sync status, frequency and warnings.

Autopilot in the sidebar opens this page. Selecting it takes you to the managed campaigns list for your current ChatGPT Ads account, so "Autopilot" and "managed campaigns" describe the same thing: campaigns Flowboost keeps up to date for you instead of you rebuilding them by hand.

Sync frequencies

  • Manual syncs run only when triggered.
  • Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly syncs run on their configured schedule.
  • Warnings mean Flowboost completed the sync but found something that needs review.
  • Failures mean the sync could not complete and should be investigated before relying on the result.

What to do with warnings

Open the campaign, review the latest sync message, confirm account access and rerun or adjust the schedule after fixing the cause.

Where synced campaigns come from

A managed campaign is created by one of the product campaign builders, then kept current on its schedule. See Build product campaigns from Labelizer or Build product campaigns from an uploaded feed.
