Plans and billing

Plans and billing

How Flowboost pricing follows your Google Ads spend, what free access includes and where to manage your subscription and invoices.

One Flowboost subscription covers the whole platform, including Wolfy. There is no separate purchase per tool. What you pay is set by how much your organisation spends in Google Ads, not by how many seats or features you use.

How pricing is calculated

Flowboost adds up the Google Ads spend of every account connected to your organisation over the last 30 days, and places you in the matching price tier. That total is what the headline figure on the plan page shows, so an organisation with several connected accounts is priced on their combined spend, not on the largest one.

Two things follow from this:

  • The window rolls. As your spend moves, the tier that applies to you moves with it.
  • Moving up a tier is not instant. When your spend crosses into a more expensive bracket, Flowboost waits three days before applying the new price, so a single unusual day does not change your bill. A tier change that is already scheduled is shown on the plan page.

On your plan page you can open the spend breakdown to see the per-account figures behind the total, so the number your price is based on can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Free access

Free access has no time limit, no countdown and no ad spend limit. You can keep an organisation on it for as long as you like, whatever you spend.

This is worth stating plainly because the smallest tier is often read as a ceiling. It is not. Tier thresholds only decide which price applies once you subscribe; the lowest one is simply the point below which no cheaper tier exists. Crossing it does not revoke anything.

Free covers:

  • Performance dashboards.
  • Limited usage of the Wolfy AI agent.
  • Exploration access to all tools.
  • Unlimited accounts and users.
  • Google Ads scripts, Google Ads Columns and the marketing tools.

What free does not include is live actions: the steps where Flowboost writes back to a connected account. Writing Labelizer labels to Merchant Center and creating ChatGPT Ads campaigns both need a plan. Those controls stay visible so you can see what they do, but they are locked until the organisation has paid access.

A plan adds Google Ads Automations, managed Labelizer, direct integration connections, ChatGPT Ads Autopilot campaigns, Wolfy API and MCP access, higher Wolfy usage and scheduled and custom reports. See Flowboost pricing for the current list.

Custom plans

If your 30-day spend goes past the highest standard tier, Flowboost flags the organisation as needing a custom plan and the team gets in touch. Your live actions keep working while that is arranged, so nothing stops mid-flight. Contact support if you also want the team to run the account with you.

Manage your subscription and invoices

Go to Plans & billing to:

  • See which plan the organisation is on and what it includes.
  • Open the billing portal to change your payment details or cancel.
  • Browse past invoices, filtered by year.

The billing portal is opened by the person who owns the subscription. If you are a member rather than the owner, the page asks you to contact an organisation admin instead.

The plan page itself is open to every organisation member, but the billing detail on it (the per-account spend breakdown, Google Ads customer IDs and scheduled tier changes) is limited to members who can manage the organisation, the same permission the billing portal uses.
